This year, we have implemented a new process for requesting both software donations (Tech for Good) and grants (Impact Awards). Your application is eligible for both if you select the Impact Awards checkbox on the application form.
Please note the expected timelines for both submissions:
Tech for Good Product Donations: If you requested a software donation, regardless of whether or not you asked to be included in the Impact Awards, you will receive a notification on or before the end of June 2024 about the status of your request. Applications for product donations will be accepted on a rolling basis every year.
Impact Awards: If you selected the checkbox to be included in the Impact Awards for consideration for grant funding, those applications will be reviewed by our Global Social Impact Council and the Zendesk Foundation through September 2024. You will be notified of the status of your financial application by the end of September 2024. Applications will close on August 15, 2024.
