We're offering experienced Zendesk users who have been economically impacted by COVID-19 a chance to validate or improve their Zendesk skills and become a Certified Zendesk Admin at a reduced cost.
To be eligible, you should meet the following criteria:
- Have prior experience with using Zendesk as either an Agent or an Administrator
- Registered for Zendesk Support Administrator Certification Path
- Recently laid off, currently unemployed, and/or employed outside of your desired Customer Experience role
